What I do: Teach you in your home to use your computer
in your own way. I also provide free e-mail support and follow-up.
Remote support! If you are far away this summer
and need help I can connect with you on Yahoo chat and then log into your
computer if necessary to see what you're doing!
What it costs: I charge $45 to
$60 per hour for home visits ..less for classroom and more for business
training.
You keep a list of questions, problems and tasks. We cover that together
plus offer suggestions for more enjoyment of your system. These rates can
be shared by more than one.
Other services:
Shop or help
shop new equipment, consult & handle upgrades, provide services i.e. I sometimes
do the tasks so you don't have to.
About Software ......

Microsoft Office: have notes and notecards in progress for Word, Publisher, FrontPage and Outlook. I stay pretty much at beginning level in these programs as well as Excel and PowerPoint. Access I leave to the pro's.
