WebTV users can put up a personal web page with something called "Page Builder". It's easy but how do you get a picture or graphic onto a page when you're not on a computer! You do it with a "Transloader"!· See below. But according to WEBTV support, what you cannot do is work on your page from anywhere but your WebTV. So think about how much time you want to invest in something that you lose if you cancel your provider! (See mine before I cancel it)

on to WebTV networks in order to access Pagebuilder.
